How to Order
BOUDAMOUR can be ordered by email, fax or phone. Once we received your order, we will send out an Order Confirmation and then a Pro forma Invoice.

Minimum order requirements
For wholesale, a minimum order of Euros 1000 is required.
For sample we accept 1pc order per model at our retail price.
Price
All prices are net F.O.B. (Free on Board) Hong Kong or Shenzhen. Prices listed on the website are suggested retail price. Wholesale price will apply for MOQ order and above. Please contact us to receive our current price list and available stock list. Customer will take the responsibility for all import duties assessed against their products in their destination country
Payment terms
For total order not exceeding Euros 1000, payment should be made with 100% of contract amount to be settled upon proforma invoice acceptation.
For total order exceeding Euros 1000, payment should be made with 50% of contract amount as deposit upon order acceptation and the balance should be settled before shipment.
We accept Payment in form of TT (wire transfer) to our Hong Kong Bank account, or through Western Union.
Shipping
Freight charges will be added in the invoice with selected carriers, such as Fedex, UPS, DHL. The choice of carriers is according to customer’s requirements. Note that Insurance of goods is not covered by the latest carriers.
Once the order has been shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you via the email address you provided us. Allow 7 to 10 business days to reach it's destination.
Production time
We carry a limited amount of stock per model. However due most products are made to order. Depending on the size of the order it takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks to process and complete the order after deposit has been received.
Product Quality
All our silver products are guaranteed 925 Sterling Silver - rhodium plated - Nickel free and Lead free.
Return Policy
SHK is happy to repair or exchange any items that are deemed faulty within 7 days of the delivery receipt. Customers not satisfied with the ordered products may return them in their original conditions within 7 days from the delivery date as shown on the Air Way Bill. Return fees are at the charges of the customer.
